Die zwei Zimmer (von denen ich eins bewohnen würde) sind einmal zur Straße raus, das andere zum Garten.
Das dritte Zimmer wäre unser Wohnzimmer, welches ich gerne zu einem Kreativ-Work-Raum gestalten würde.

Da die Heizungen sehr alte Modelle sind ist das Heizen damit sehr teuer.
Es gibt in unserem Wohnzimmer einen Ofen, den wir deshalb viel nutzen sollten.
Über die Heizsituation im Winter bin ich auch noch etwas gespannt...
Genau, es gibt einen Garten. Der ist etwas chaotisch, da mein Onkel gerne Zeugs sammelt und baut.
Es gibt ein Holzfass, welches man im Winter anzheizen und drin baden kann, traumhaft!
Außerdem hat mein Onkel ein Gewächshaus, welches wir sicher mit nutzen dürfen.
Es gibt eine Schaukel, eine Hollywoodschaukel und Hühner.

Das Haus befindet sich in Berlin-Blankenburg.
Vom Bahnhof aus braucht man mit dem Fahrrad in etwa (maximal) 10 Minuten.|WG-Le

Additionallu there is spacious two separate bathrooms. The shared kitchen allows common area to chat and spend shared time with flatmates.
The utilities include laundry room, garden, backyard and green garden
The existing flatmates come from working background and studying at various universities and companies. We are looking for young individual ideally in university or working to join us.
