Lage:
Die Lage ist top, alle wichtigen Orte und Stadtteile sind quasi fußläufig erreichbar.
Egal, ob du kurz zum Hafen, zur Alster, in die Innenstadt, ins Millerntorstadion, auf die Reeperbahn, in die Schanze oder ins Karoviertel willst, alles ist maximal 1-2 km entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es direkt vor der Tür die U2 (Gänsemarkt), eine S-Bahn-Station

mit 18m² gar nicht mal so klein und unmöbliert (das grüne Sofa fliegt noch raus). Es handelt sich um eine Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung und die Zimmer sind 16, 17 und 18m² groß. Das kleinste Zimmer wird als Wohnzimmer zur freien Verfügung stehen, auch wenn ich jetzt gerade alleine die beiden Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße bewohne. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß und das WC ist vom Bad getrennt. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Es gibt zwei Balkone, der nach vorne ist wirklich schön. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Leider nur wenig direktes Sonnenlicht. Es gibt auch ein wenig Dachboden-Platz (5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl).
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral, direkt bei Planten un Bloom und hat diverse ÖPNV Verbindungen.
