Wenn wir da sind, nutzen wir natürlich Bad und Küche mit.
Das große Wohnzimmer ist somit Dein Wohn- und Schlafraum mit anliegenden Balkon ganz für Dich allein.
Die Wohnungsaufteilung kannst Du auf dem Bild sehen.
Wir beide sind 34 und 36 und sehr sauber im Haushalt.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist für uns das a und o!!!
In der Wohnung ist Internet vorhanden.
Teilweise sind Möbel vorhanden, welche Du nutzen könntest oder wir räumen diese. Dieses besprechen wir individuell.
Eine Küche mit Essplatz, Spühlmaschine etc. sind bereits zudem in der Wohnung.
Als Pauschalmiete inkl. NK verlangen wir pro Monat EUR 1.100.
