Die Lage ist optimal. 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Wiener Platz entfernt (Linie 4, 18, 13) plus etliche Buslinien.
Fußweg zum Rhein knappe 10 Minuten. Gegenüber vom Hauseingang ist direkt ein Park.
Alle Mietbaren Fahrzeuge (Miles, ShareNow, KVB Bikes, E-scooter...) können direkt vor der Haustür abgestellt werden.

Wichtige Anmerkung: Da ich einige unschöne Erfahrungen machen musste mit unzuverlässigen Mietern, (Wohnung verwüstet, keine Mietzahlungen) möchte ich vorweg einige Infos geben: Ich nehme keine Bürgschaften von Eltern, Großeltern oder angeblich reiche Ehemänner, Boyfriends , Sugardaddy ect... Eine Kaution von 3 Monatsmieten ist ein MUSS!

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Rhein und die Mülheimer Freiheit ist eine sehr angenehme und gemischte Ecke im Viertel. Der Wiener Platz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Lidl und Rossmann und diversen Bahn- und Bushaltestellen ist in etwa 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist gut.
Einzelheiten zu Einzug und weitere Fragen können wir gerne gemeinsam bei einem Kennenlernen besprechen.
