Die Wohnung ist direkt am Rhein und die Mülheimer Freiheit ist eine sehr angenehme und gemischte Ecke im Viertel. Der Wiener Platz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Lidl und Rossmann und diversen Bahn- und Bushaltestellen ist in etwa 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist gut.

Ich, Marwil, Journalist, abinär, bleibe in der WG, bin aber unregelmäßig anwesend, ca. 1 Woche pro Monat, manchmal auch mehr. Sonst wohne ich in Berlin. Für Kölner Mitbewohner*innen ist immer eine Couch in Berlin frei.
Wichtig: die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung im JETZT-Zustand. Alles fliegt raus: Kachelboden, Tapeten, die alten Türen, das gesamte Bad, die Küche. Wer übrigens Zeit und Lust hat mitzusanieren: Wir können vielleicht was aushandeln.
