Das Zimmer ist Teil einer netten 4er WG, die im 2. Stock ist. Der Gebäudekomplex liegt direkt auf dem Universitätscampus und ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten von der Ubahnstation Holzhausenstraße entfernt. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche, Bad und Toilette sind getrennte Räume. Die beiden Fotos zeigen das Zimmer mit den vom Wohnheim gestellten Möbeln (keine Zusatz-Kosten), wie es bei der Übernahme wieder aussehen wird.
